Bartenza is located in Cleveland, Ohio and we will service up to 45 miles from our location at no extra charge. For further locations, please contact us for driving fees.
Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate and is at the host’s discretion. A tip jar is to the hosts discretion to be displayed at an event. A tip is not required but a 20% tip on total bill is suggested.
Your event contract will include our set up and breakdown allowing an hour and a half or two hours for set up and half hour or one hour for clean up at hourly rate.
Location selection and compliance with all location permits, rules and/or regulations are the sole responsibility of the Client.
If you are booking with us a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. This guarantees the date. An event is not considered booked until we have received your deposit. The deposit will apply towards the amount due. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to event.
In event of a cancellation, 100% of your deposit will be refunded to you if notified at least 10 days in advance of the date of your event. If under 10 day notice required only 50% of your deposit will be refunded. The mixx truck - there is no refund on deposit for cancelled events- no exceptions
The contracted time is a minimum of four (4) hours, unless otherwise noted. In the event of overtime, it can be requested one hour prior to the scheduled end of the event.
We reserve the right to card and/or refuse service at any event. Please advise your guests that if they appear to be under the age of 30, they may be asked to provide ID. We reserve the right to close bar service due to under age drinking (under 21), with no refund of deposit or money paid. As per Ohio law, we will not continue to serve anyone we judge to be visibly intoxicated. We reserve the right to discontinue service to such individuals.
